Tenure-track Positions in Applied and Computational Mathematics


The Department of Mathematics at The Florida State University is now accepting applications for two tenure-track assistant professorship positions in applied and computational mathematics that start in August 2014.

Candidates must have a doctoral degree in mathematics or a closely related area, a strong research record and clear potential to obtain external funding, and a commitment to excellence in teaching and mentoring at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Other desirable qualifications include postdoctoral experience and the ability to develop collaborations both within and outside the university.
