Professional

  • Currently I am a Quantitative Analyst with the Options Trading group at FPL Energy in Juno Beach, FL.

  • In the summer of 2006 I accepted an invitation to attend the Institute on Computational Economics in Chicago, IL. This was a great opportunity to meet some of the best and brightest graduate students in my field. You can learn more about the Institute here and see the poster I presented here.
  • In the Summer 2003 semester I held an internship position as a quantitative analyst with ENMAX Energy Corporation in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
  • In 2002 I oversaw the planning of the Canadian Undergraduate Mathematics Conference (CUMC) which we held at the University of Calgary. You can view the website for the conference here.

 


Teaching

  • I have taught many classes at FSU including Precalculus, Business Calculus and Calculus and Analytic Geometry I and II.

  • In the Fall 2002 semester I was a recitation instructor for MAC 1105 - College Algebra.
  • In the 2001/2002 school year I was a tutorial instructor for Calculus I at the University of Calgary.
