Current Schedule with Assignments
We will be using two free on-line textbooks, and the free
software Scilab (Version 4.x). Here are the Lessons.
The Emath Lab portion Syllabus(aka Handout)
in PDF(Acroread Format).
Acroread is freely available from Adobe.
We will be using
Web Assign
for computer assisted problems
Bookmark the web assign pages, it runs independently of everything else. If
your fsu id is abc08z and your fsusn is XY7654321, then your login will
be abc08z and your password abc4321.
(If your fsu id has only
two initials, like ab08z and your fsusn is XY7654321, then your login
will be ab08z and your password ab4321.)
You can find your FSUsn
here The Institution for your
login is fsu. The cost is $15.45 but there is a free grace period at
the start.
You can see the old web-assign assignments after the due dates. Go to
the `my assignments' link, then click on `past assignments', then click
on an assignment to view.
Emath1 Lab is still evolving. Here
is the link for the version taught in Spring 08,
Summer 08
and Fall 08
Grade Book for non-webassign grades This is mildly password protected, the
