Computer Codes for the eNeuro Publication

The computer programs below are for eNeuro, 4(5):e0297-17.2017, 2017. The programs run with MATLAB and the XPPAUT computer software. XPPAUT is free, and runs on Unix, Linux, and Windows machines. It can be downloaded from the website of Bard Ermentrout . The MATLAB codes call another MATLAB code to fill in the right hand side of the differential equations.
