Computer Codes for the Biophysical Journal 2000 Publication
The computer programs below are for
Biophysical Journal, vol. 79,
pp. 2880-2892, 2000. This is the first publication on phantom
bursting in pancreatic beta-cells. A MATLAB M file and an XPPAUT ode file
are both included (they are two implementations of the same model).
XPPAUT is free, and runs on Unix, Linux, and Windows machines.
