Room available for sublease in a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment at Osceola Ridge starting May 1st 2010, running through August 2010. Details below:

Rent: $299 base rent plus utilities (total ~ $350). Fully furnished. Distance from the Math Dept. is 10 mins by bus (~15-20 min walk). Bus routes include Garnet (U24), 24, Night Nole, with the bust stop outside the building.

I live at the Paddock club. They are very nice people and always fix any issues right away. The best value seems to be a two bedroom but 1 bedroom pricing seems to match what is closer to campus. It is far, but has a bus stop right out front. Contact April Foltz (afoltz@math.fsu.edu).
