á Collect & maintain Statutory
Reserve Information for Statutory Reporting and FIT reporting
á Allocations, Investigations and
Follow-ups regarding changes in allocations, new treaties, new or changed
reporting from Client companies, etc.
Maintenance and creation of allocation SQLÕs, spreadsheets and tables.
á Comparison of client data,
summary of system data, analysis of data.
Miscellaneous 10%
á Special Projects, Mail-outs,
Procedures, Filing, Information tracking.
á Creation, development,
communication, revision and maintenance of allocation and special procedures
á Communication, development and
execution of special projects
á
Several
Annual Reserve request mailings.
á Filing of company correspondence
and reserve information

Meeting of Deadlines

Maintaining and monitoring reserve and in-force
information on 1400+ plans/treaties for approx 250 Companies. This
responsibility is shared with other staff members.
