Position Overview

 

As an Actuarial Intern, you will work on a variety of challenging client assignments, which will include working with clients and project teams to analyze data, draw conclusions and present results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise.  Working side by side with Towers Perrin Consultants at all levels, you will be exposed to emerging issues affecting the marketplace and have the opportunity to learn from some of the most accomplished professionals in the actuarial industry.

What We Are Looking ForÉ

 

n      Sophomore or junior with a major/minor in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or finance or any major with quantitative course work, and a strong academic record

n      Successful completion of at least one actuarial exam is preferred 

n      Solid math aptitude and superior quantitative ability

n      Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work in teams

n      Demonstrated technology skills and the ability to customize and learn software

n      Previous actuarial or related internship is preferred
