Solutions to homework problems will not be collected nor graded. However, they may appear in the weekly quizzes!
This page lists a number of selected problems from the textbook that you are urged and expected to try yourself as a practice homework. These sets of problems should be considered as a bare minimum of problems for you to try and feel confident in working out their solutions. You are obviously welcome to try any other problem from the textbook you feel like solving. A number of them will also be discussed in class as well.
The best way to handle homework problems is to work on them as soon as the corresponding material has been covered in class&emdash;or even before! When we discuss solutions to homework problems in class, you will be able to bring your questions and contribute to these discussions
