Current Schedule with Assignments

The textbook is Lay, Linear Algebra but we will also be using two free on-line textbooks, and the free software Scilab (Version 5.1.1). Here are the Lessons.
The original model for this course was MAS3114 at UF, the course description
Linear equations, matrices and determinants. Vector spaces and linear transformations. Inner products and eigenvalues. This course emphasizes computational aspects of linear algebra.
Prerequisites: Multivariable Calculus (MAC2313) and ODE's (MAP2302 or MAP3305). Math majors must take MAS3105. This course is not open to students who have credit for MAS3105.
The Syllabus(aka Handout) in PDF(Acroread Format). Acroread is freely available from Adobe.

The MapleTA Server Bookmark the MapleTA page, it runs independently of everything else. If your fsu id is abc08z and your fsusn is XY7654321, then your login will be abc08z and your password abc4321. (If your fsu id has only two initials, like ab08z and your fsusn is XY7654321, then your login will be ab08z and your password ab4321.) You can find your FSUsn here

Grade Book for non-MapleTA grades This is mildly password protected, the user/password was in the first class email and is the same for everyone.
