Exam Information

• The Final Exam is comprehensive.
• Only the material discussed in class for Set 21 is included.
• 12:30 PM --2:30 PM Thursday 2 May 2019 in 106LOV
• Exam 2 will cover all Set 10 through Set 18 of the notes and the associated homework and lectures.
• Exam 2 will be 6:30PM - 8:30PM on Thursday 18 April 2019 in 106 LOV
• Exam 1 will be in 106 LOV
• Exam 1 will be 6:30PM - 8:30PM on Tuesday 12 March 2019. The location will be announced later this week.
• Exam 1 will cover all notes, homework and lectures through the material on the exact shift analysis for the explicit QR algorithm in Set 9.
• Exam 1 is a closed book exam. You may not use the textbook, class notes, homework solutions or any other reference material. A simple graphing calculator is permitted. Electronic devices with network connectivity or sufficient storage capacity to contain notes or other reference material are not permitted. You may prepare and use 2, 8 inch by 11 inch, sheets of paper with handwritten notes only on both sides of each sheet. Any attempt to use any other reference material other than the two pieces of paper will result in a failing grade on the exam.
• Exam 1 will be either 6PM - 8PM on Monday 11 March 2019 or on Tuesday 12 March 2019. Send email with preference. Coverage and room will be announced later this week.
