Notes
Yeast alternatives: 1968, WLP002 or other British ale yeast. Hop Blend consists of 3 oz. each of Ahtanum (7.2%), Amarillo (6.4%), Cascade (5.6%) and Centennial (9.4%). If AA% of hops differs from these, adjust amount accordingly but use same amount of each variety in the blend. After boil, steep hops for an additional 10 minutes. Primary: 65-68F. Secondary: 65-69F for 5-7 days. FG: 1.015. Prime w/ 4 oz. corn sugar. If naturally carbonating in keg, use 3 oz. of corn sugar. Ready to drink 1-3 weeks after packaging.
