Strip newspaper into pieces and mix water and glue.Dip newspaper in the glue water mix and paste on base.Add one layer and let it dry completly.reapeat 3 times.
Stuff the tissue paper inside the bottle cap and tape it together.Paint the cake and frosting!

Cut foam into a shape and paint it however you like.
Cut yarn into a long piece and tie a knot at the top.Keep wrapping the string around and tightening it.
