Please, do backups of all your important software (especially FORTRAN codes) on Match Department Machines. For example, after making significan modifications to a code, "scp" it immediately to a BACKUP directory on your Math account.

A useful way to debug a FORTRAN code is to compile (and run) it with "-C" option which checks array boundaries.
