Due to a bug in Netscape you may need to add the following line
in a file called .Xdefaults in your home directory. So type:

xedit .Xdefaults

Then add the following line into this file:

Netscape*documentFonts.charset*adobe-fontspecific:   iso-8859-1

(if you already had a file called .Xdefaults then add this one line
 to it, if you didn't have a file by that name then this would be
 a new file that contains that line).

Once you have a file .Xdefaults that contains that one line, the
next time you log on, the web page should display correctly with
readable formulas, if not, please let me know.
