In class we did a number of examples on vector spaces and
linear transformations.

Read not just the section but also exercises 1 - 26.  If you see
anything in there that isn't clear, make sure to ask!  (just because
it's not a turn-in question doesn't mean that it's not important)

Turn in Ex: 6 and 16.
