Overview

This is a test! I am a graduate student in the Department of Mathematics at Florida State University. My research interests include rough paths, path signatures, their applications in machine learning, data science and finance.

I was born in January 1993 and grew up in Khairpur Mir's, Pakistan. I earned my B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mathematics from Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur in 2017. I then received my MS in Mathematics from Sukkur IBA University in 2020. Upon graduation, I began my Ph.D. in Applied and Computational Mathematics at Florida State University in 2022. My research interest lies in the area of rough paths and signatures with an emphasis on their applications in finance and machine learning. I started working on my Ph.D. research in Volterra signatures under the supervision of Dr. Qi Feng. I am also working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA) at the Department of Mathematics at Florida State University.

I have always been passionate about math and love diving into research that connects theory to real-world problems, especially in areas like finance and machine learning. My work focuses on rough paths and signatures, which keep me excited and curious every day. Teaching and sharing knowledge is something I truly enjoy, and I am always looking to collaborate with like-minded people who share a love for math and its endless possibilities.
