Last Two Standing
Four female and four male
Would-be-PMs campaign,
Till Hunt, Zahawi fail,
And only six remain.

Suella asks around
To help her bid survive,
But too few votes are found
To reach the final five.

By telling Boris no,
Tom Tugenhat can't win,
And he's the one to go
When round-three votes come in.
       Though Kemi soon finds out,
Without more chemistry
She doesn't have a shout.
The field goes down to three.

Now Kemi's votes are due
To get a lot of love.
Contenders shrink to two
When Mordaunt gets the shove.

The wait will now begin,
As voters' minds are sussed.
Will trust mean Rishi wins—
Or mean that he gets Trussed?
