Eligibility: This course is open to all graduate students of
mathematics.

Course objectives: The purpose of this course is to offer
students an overview of the various lines of research in fundamental
and interdisciplinary mathematics conducted at FSU. We expect that
this will help students develop a more cohesive view of mathematics,
help them shape their research interests, and stimulate
a dynamic interaction with the faculty. We will adopt a seminar format
where various faculty members will lecture on their research interests.
