I was previously an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Ohio Wesleyan University and a Harold L. Dorwart Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Trinity College.
I graduated from Florida State University in 2020 with a Ph.D. from the Applied and Computational Mathematics program.
My research interests include problems involving fluid dynamics and applied mathematics. Currently, I am focused on problems related to geophysical fluid dynamics, groundwater research, thermal convection in fluids, and fostering metacognition through self-grading in the classroom.
