Title: Modeling Bacterial Dynamics in Various Applied Settings

Abstract. This talk will give an overview of my research directions
and outline projects that I am working on with various collaborators,
students, and postdocs. The common theme for almost all of my work is
bacterial colonies termed biofilms that have very distinct behaviors
different than typical planktonic populations.
